ATP Development & Construction is a full-service design-build firm based in Pasadena, CA. Founded by principals with over 30 years of combined experience in architecture, engineering, and construction, we exist to make the building process simpler and more predictable for the people who hire us.

We manage architecture, structural engineering, permitting, and construction in-house. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer miscommunications, and a clearer path from plan approval to project completion.
